We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a free map and explaining the bus, tram, and metro system. The hotel was very chic and the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of Termini and close to transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable rooms, and the delicious breakfast were definitely the highlights of our stay. It was also a plus that the hotel offered a luggage room for our convenience.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel offered great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the included breakfast. Despite being located in an area that may not be ideal for some, it was convenient for us as it was not too far from Termini Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about transportation and dining options nearby. The rooms, though small, were clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds that took up most of the space. We also appreciated the small terrace attached to our room.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near the yellow tram, making it easy to access Termini station and the metro. This was particularly convenient for me as I had an early morning flight from the airport. The rooms were small but clean, with tidy bathrooms. The staff was friendly and tried their best to be helpful. Breakfast, though limited, was functional, with a selection of breads, fruits. The hotel also had WiFi available for a small fee.
The thin walls, which resulted in noise from the corridor being easily heard in the rooms.

I had read many negatives about this hotel before arriving, and I have to say after spending 5 nights there myself and my two friends were very, very happy with it. The room was a perfect size and wonderfully placed for easy access to all the sights. The staff were very helpful, gave us lots of info, and were very friendly. The hotel is fantastic value, and although it is basic, it was so great. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel.
